  • Shipping & Delivery Information

    Standard processing time for orders is 5-7 business days to be processed and shipped. Orders placed after 10:00 AM (MST) may start processing the following business day. Processing and shipping times may increase during specific collection launches, holidays, and other peak seasons.

    Amending A Shipping Address

    In most cases cannot change the shipping address or the shipping method selected after checkout.

    Once an order has ben shipped, an email will be sent to the email address provided on the order with your shipment’s tracking information.

    Customers are responsible for monitoring the delivery of their shipment once an order has left our facility.

    U.S. Shipping Options & Costs

    Not Cool Apparel offers Free Standard Ground Shipping for all orders over $75.00. Orders typically take 4-7 business days to arrive once your order leaves our facility in Colorado.

    For all other purchases under $75.00, we offer flat rate shipping of $9.99.

    We are unable to combine separate orders into a single shipment.

    We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

    International Shipping Options & Cost

    We currently do not offer international shipping through our website. If you live outside the U.S. and are interested in purchasing one of our products, you may contact us via our “Contact Us” form on this page, or you can email us directly at info@notcoolapparel.com.

    Failed Delivery/Returned To Sender/Abandoned Packages

    If your package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to an incorrect shipping address and/or contact information, the package will be returned to the sender (Not Cool Apparel) at the customer’s expense.

    If the receiver is absent upon all deliver attempts, your package will be held at the shipping courier’s local center for pick up. If the customer fails to pick up the package for any reason, the package will be returned to the sender (Not Cool Apparel) at the customer’s expense.

    Standard Return Policy

    For items purchased at notcoolapparel.com, all returns must be submitted within 30 days from when your order is shipped. We increase this timeframe during the holiday season.

    To be eligible for return, item(s) must be sent back in sale-able condition, in its original packaging with tags attached.

    All “On Sale” products are final sale. No exceptions.

    Requirements For Return

    Item(s) must be new, not worn, unaltered, and free of any odors or fragrances. If item(s) do not fit these requirements, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sale-able condition.

    Shipping labels can be provided by NCA on all orders. For exchanges, shipping labels are free and provided by NCA. On refund requests to card, the shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and costs for labels supplied by NCA will be deducted from the return amount to card. If you desire to print your own label, please reach out via “Contact Us” to initiate the return.

    Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. If your return is accepted, please allow 3-5 business days for a refund to appear on your original method of payment.

    Refunds/Exchanges

    Not Cool Apparel is able to provide partial or full refunds to the card used at purchase. However, at this time, items returned without exchange will require the customer pay for shipping fees associated with returning the item back to our Colorado facility.

  • If you receive your package, and it is damaged and/or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the contents inside. Please submit a claim via the courier used to ship your order.   • Payment Methods

    Not Cool Apparel accepts all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Afterpay/Clearpay. Please notes only one (1) form of payment method may be used on a single order.

    Payment Troubleshooting

    For the security of our customers, we have fraud protections in place during our checkout process. IF you are attempting to checkout and receive the following error message such as “Transaction cannot be processed”, please contact your bank in order for them to authorize the transaction.

    Charging Your Card

    Once your order has been placed, your card is charged according to the amount and currency of your order, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

    Refunds For Full Order Or Item Cancellations

    If we need to cancel your order due to a lack of product availability, we will notify you by email and will refund the amount charged immediately. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to reflect back on your bank statement.

    Payment For Pre-Ordered Items

    We collect payment for all items purchased on pre-order at the time you place the order.
